Selection Process

Applicants are initially reviewed for minimum qualifications and a standard degree of completeness. Candidates must provide specific, detailed information. This includes completing a 10 year employment history and all application fields.

WTA will perform background checks of relevant education, experience, criminal history and other job-related information. Some selection processes will include tests for job-related skills, driving record checks, drug tests, and physical capacities tests.
